How we work
Every roof starts with a measurement on the roof itself. We measure each slope and its pitch, count the layers, check the decking and the ventilation from the attic, and note every chimney, wall, skylight and pipe that needs flashing. Then we write the estimate: tear-off, decking, underlayment, flashing, vents, roof covering, ridge and clean-up, each on its own line. Nothing comes off the house until you have that in writing.
On the job we strip and dry in one section at a time, so the house is never left open overnight. When we leave, the yard and driveway have been swept with a magnet for nails, and you get photos of the decking we replaced.
