Before we come out
It helps to know roughly how old the roof is, whether it has one layer or two, whether there are leaks or stains inside, and whether a storm or an insurance claim is involved. What happens after I send the form?
We call you to set up a visit. On site we measure every slope, check the decking and the attic, talk through materials and colors, and then send a written estimate.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. There is no charge for the visit and no obligation to go ahead.
Should I call my insurance company first?
If a storm damaged the roof, you can call either of us first. Many homeowners like to have the roof measured and photographed before the adjuster visits. Your insurer decides the claim; we write the roofing estimate.
